SCAFFOLDER
Job Summary
- Erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding structures
- Ensuring scaffolding meets all relevant safety standards and regulations
- Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment to identify and address any issues
- Collaborating with the project team to plan and coordinate scaffolding installations
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols to protect yourself and others on-site
- Guidance and support to other team members as needed
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder (at least 3 years), preferably in the construction or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials (Layher / Ringlock), and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
- Be quality-focused with a solid respect for health and safety protocols
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Able to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
- Must have a current Scaffolding CoC or be able to obtain one
- Class 2 Drivers License would be advantageous
- Own tools are essential
